Everything about Waverly Place totally explainedWaverly Place is a narrow street in the Greenwich Village section of New York City, in the borough of Manhattan. It is unique amongst city streets in that Waverly changes direction roughly at its midpoint, turning from a northwest-southeast street to an east-west street. It was named after Sir Walter Scott's novel Waverley in 1833. It is named on the Disney series Wizards of Waverly Place.
